Co-Working. Viele von euch haben diesen Begriff wahrscheinlich schon einmal geh\u00f6rt. Aber was bedeutet Co-Working eigentlich? Beim Co-Working teilen sich (meist) EinzelunternehmerInnen eine B\u00fcrofl\u00e4che. Sie besitzen kein eigenes B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude, sondern zahlen Miete f\u00fcr einen Platz im Co-Working-Geb\u00e4ude. Das ist deshalb interessant, weil viele Einzelunternehmen EPUs (Ein-Personen-Unternehmen) sind und meist das eigene Zuhause als Firmensitz angemeldet haben, da sie keine Angestellten haben und daher keinen B\u00fcroraum ben\u00f6tigen. Die UnternehmerInnen k\u00f6nnen so Kosten sparen und auch das Privatleben besser vom Beruflichen trennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieses Gesch\u00e4ftskonzept ist daher auch f\u00fcr uns HAK\/HAS-Sch\u00fclerInnen interessant, da einige von uns vielleicht sp\u00e4ter selbst ein Unternehmen gr\u00fcnden werden. Aus diesem Grund besuchten wir als 4CK am 1.10.2024 einen der wenigen Co-Working Spaces in Steyr. Wir durften das \u201eStockWerk 2\u201c im Stadtgut n\u00e4her kennenlernen. Frau MMag. Katharina Hofbauer nahm sich f\u00fcr uns Zeit und f\u00fchrte uns durch die R\u00e4umlichkeiten. Dabei lernten wir auch einen derzeitigen Mieter kennen und durften ihm Fragen zu seinem Unternehmen und seiner T\u00e4tigkeit stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das StockWerk 2 befindet sich im TIC Technology & Innovation Center Steyr und bietet 8 modern ausgestattete Co-Working Arbeitspl\u00e4tze. Zus\u00e4tzlich steht ein Besprechungsraum f\u00fcr Kundengespr\u00e4che zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Preise f\u00fcr das 56 m\u00b2 gro\u00dfe B\u00fcro betragen:
