Egal ob ihr allein backt, mit Freunden oder der Familie, diese Kekse sind schnell gemacht und schmecken fantastisch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heute gibt es ein Rezept f\u00fcr die bekannten Vanillekipferl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>280g Mehl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100g Waln\u00fcsse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80g Staubzucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8g Vanillezucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1EL Staubzucker (zum Bestreuen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und z\u00fcgig zu einem glatten, geschmeidigen Teig kneten. Den Teig anschlie\u00dfend in Frischhaltefolie wickeln und f\u00fcr etwa zwei Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit das Backrohr auf 170 \u00baC (Hei\u00dfluft) vorheizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den gek\u00fchlten Teig mit einer Teigkarte in gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Portionen teilen und daraus etwa 1,5 cm dicke Rollen formen.
