Unser K\u00f6rper verbrennt t\u00e4glich eine hohe Menge an Energie. Die Hauptquelle an Energie die wir haben ist Nahrung. Essen spielt eine gro\u00dfe Rolle in unserem Alltag. Jedoch werden nicht die gleichen Ergebnisse mit jedem Lebensmittel erzielt. Sich bewusst und gesund zu ern\u00e4hren ist anfangs zwar nicht ganz so einfach, aber hier folgt ein einfacher Einblick in das Ganze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die drei Hauptquellen an Energie sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kohlenhydrate &amp; Ballaststoffe: Diese liefern die schnellste und zug\u00e4nglichste Energie. Sie sind mengenm\u00e4\u00dfig die wichtigsten Energielieferanten und liefern nur halb so viele Kalorien pro Gramm, wie Fette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beispielhafte Lebensmittel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Getreideprodukte (Brot, Reis, Nudeln etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obst<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fette (Lipide): Mit ca. 9 kcal pro Gramm haben sie den h\u00f6chsten Brennwert. \u00dcber Fette sollten max. 30 % des t\u00e4glichen Kalorienbedarfs aufgenommen werden. Bei einem \u00dcberschuss treten Risiken, wie starkes \u00dcbergewicht, erh\u00f6hten Blutfettwerten, Bluthochdruck und Herzkrankheiten auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beispielhafte Lebensmittel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avocados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00fcsse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Eiwei\u00dfe (Proteine): Eiwei\u00dfe werden haupts\u00e4chlich f\u00fcr den Aufbau von K\u00f6rperstrukturen verwendet und sind besonders wichtig in Phasen des Wachstums oder intensiven k\u00f6rperlichen Belastungen. Der K\u00f6rper greift nur im Notfall auf Eiwei\u00dfe zur\u00fcck, z. B. beim Fasten oder bei extremem Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beispielhafte Lebensmittel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>H\u00fchnchenbrust<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linsen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein gesunder K\u00f6rper l\u00e4sst dich gut f\u00fchlen und l\u00e4nger leben. Achte auf dich, aber sei auch nicht zu streng zu dir selbst.
