Sie sind praktisch, um mit Freunden in Kontakt zu bleiben, sich kreativ auszudr\u00fccken oder einfach Spa\u00df zu haben. Gleichzeitig wird aber immer \u00f6fter diskutiert, ob Social Media uns mehr schadet als n\u00fctzt und ob man die Nutzung einschr\u00e4nken sollte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viele verbringen t\u00e4glich mehrere Stunden am Handy. Das f\u00fchrt nicht nur dazu, dass Hausaufgaben liegen bleiben, sondern kann auch Schlafprobleme oder Stress ausl\u00f6sen. St\u00e4ndig perfekte Bilder zu sehen, setzt viele unter Druck. Likes und Follower werden schnell zum Ma\u00dfstab f\u00fcr den eigenen Wert. Au\u00dferdem sind Cybermobbing und Fake News Gefahren, die man nicht untersch\u00e4tzen darf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf der anderen Seite bietet Social Media auch Chancen, man kann Neues lernen, sich mit Menschen weltweit vernetzen und sogar berufliche Ideen entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total verbieten oder einfach laufen lassen? Wahrscheinlich ist der Mittelweg am besten. Mehr Aufkl\u00e4rung, klare Regeln und ein bewusster Umgang k\u00f6nnten helfen.
