Besonders die Sch\u00fcler\/innen der Sport+-Klassen, in denen die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler in der 3. und 4. Klasse dreimal in der Woche nachmittags Unterricht hat, verbringen einen gro\u00dfen Teil ihrer Woche in der Schule. Doch wie sinnvoll ist der Nachmittagsunterricht, wenn man sich nebenbei noch f\u00fcr Schularbeiten, Tests und andere Aufgaben vorbereiten muss?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nachmittagsunterricht in der HAK<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einerseits ist der Schulbetrieb am Nachmittag durchaus nachvollziehbar. Der Lehrplan ist sehr umfangreich und schreibt eine bestimmte Zahl an Wochenstunden vor. Besonders HAK-typische F\u00e4cher wie Betriebswirtschaft und Rechnungswesen nehmen viel Zeit in Anspruch, um den vielf\u00e4ltigen Stoff vollst\u00e4ndig behandeln zu k\u00f6nnen. Mehr Unterrichtszeit kann dabei helfen, den Stoff gr\u00fcndlicher durchzunehmen und praktische Aufgaben gemeinsam zu l\u00f6sen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Probleme des Sp\u00e4tunterrichts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andererseits stellt sich die Frage, wie sinnvoll Sp\u00e4tunterricht ist und wie aufnahmef\u00e4hig man nach mehreren Stunden Schule noch ist. Viele Jugendliche sind bereits ersch\u00f6pft und k\u00f6nnen sich nicht mehr richtig auf den Unterricht konzentrieren. Oft werden Sch\u00fcler\/innen als unmotiviert wahrgenommen, weil ihnen am Nachmittag nach dem fr\u00fchen Aufstehen und mehreren Stunden Lernzeit die Augen zufallen. Anschlie\u00dfend kommt man erst am sp\u00e4ten Nachmittag oder erst am Abend nach Hause und muss noch lernen, Hausaufgaben machen. Viele Sch\u00fcler\/innen engagieren sich au\u00dferdem noch in Vereinen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualit\u00e4t statt Dauer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meiner Meinung nach geht es in der Oberstufe besonders um das richtige Zeitmanagement. Man muss lernen, selbstst\u00e4ndig zu werden, was auf jeden Fall eine gute Vorbereitung auf das sp\u00e4tere Berufsleben ist. F\u00fcr Pendler mit langen Heimwegen ist die richtige Einteilung besonders wichtig, da sonst die eigene Freizeit zu kurz kommt.
