Um dem entgegenzuwirken kann man ganz einfach einen DIY-Handw\u00e4rmer basteln um die H\u00e4nde warm zu halten.<\/p>\n<p>Alles was du daf\u00fcr ben\u00f6tigst ist etwas Reis und einen Stoff, der am besten kuschelig ist.<br \/>\nSchneide den Stoff in eine passende Form und bef\u00fcll diese mit dem Reis. Danach muss es nur noch zusammengen\u00e4ht werden. Und schon habt ihr ein n\u00fctzliches Weihnachtsgeschenk.<\/p>\n<p>Um die W\u00e4rmewirkung zu erzeugen, legt ihr den Handw\u00e4rmer f\u00fcr kurze Zeit in den Ofen oder in die Mikrowelle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duftkerzen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kerzen sorgen in der Weihnachtszeit f\u00fcr eine weihnachtliche Stimmung und spenden warmes Licht.<\/p>\n<p>Ihr ben\u00f6tigt Sojawachs, ein \u00c4therisches \u00d6l, einen Kerzendocht und ein passendes Kerzenglas, das am besten gerade geschnitten ist. Au\u00dferdem ben\u00f6tigt ihr einen Topf und einen L\u00f6ffel zum R\u00fchren, sowie einen Papierstrohhalm.<\/p>\n<p>Zuerst schmelzt ihr das Sojawachs auf dem Herd in einem Topf. Danach m\u00fcsst ihr den Docht im Glas befestigen, damit dieser beim Eingie\u00dfen des Wachses nicht verrutscht. Dazu schneidet ihr ein kleines Loch in einen Papierstrohhalm, steckt den Docht hindurch und legt den Strohhalm auf das Glas.<br \/>\nLasst dann das geschmolzene Wachs abk\u00fchlen und f\u00fcgt einige Tropfen eures \u00e4therischen \u00d6ls hinzu, das Wachs muss noch fl\u00fcssig sein.<br \/>\nZus\u00e4tzlich k\u00f6nnt ihr noch ein nettes Etikett aufkleben, um das Glas zu verzieren.<\/p>\n<p>Fertig ist die Duftkerze.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7125\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7125\" style=\"width: 209px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/wordpress.hak-steyr.at\/insight7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Weihnachtskerze_DIY-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7125 \" src=\"http:\/\/wordpress.hak-steyr.at\/insight7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Weihnachtskerze_DIY-2-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"209\" height=\"279\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wordpress.hak-steyr.at\/insight7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Weihnachtskerze_DIY-2-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/wordpress.hak-steyr.at\/insight7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Weihnachtskerze_DIY-2-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 209px) 100vw, 209px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7125\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Tobias Jung<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Lippenbalsam:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trockene oder spr\u00f6de Lippen kann man mit einem selbstgemachten Lippenbalsam verhindern. \u00dcber diese cremige Lippenpflege freut sich jeder.<\/p>\n<p>Zur Herstellung ben\u00f6tigst du Kokos\u00f6l, Sheabutter, Bienenwachs, \u00e4therisches \u00d6l und Schokotropfen.<\/p>\n<p>Erhitze die Sheabutter und das Bienenwachs in einem Topf am Herd und gib das Kokos\u00f6l, die Schokotropfen und das \u00e4therische \u00d6l hinzu.
