Sie \u00e4ndert unsere Stimmung und unseren Herzschlag, unsere Atemfrequenz und unseren Blutdruck. Anders als jede andere Form der Unterhaltung beeinflusst sie uns wissentlich und doch irgendwie verborgen. Sie kann entspannend oder aufw\u00fchlend wirken, abwesend oder komplett konzentriert machen.<\/p>\n<p>Je nach Mensch gehen die Erfahrungen mit Musik stark auseinander. Die einen berichten begeistert \u00fcber selbst erstellte Musikst\u00fccke und die andere Extreme interessiert sich gar nicht f\u00fcr sie. Musik kann etwas so Wundervolles sein &#8211; ob im Bett liegend mit Stereoanlage oder im Workout mit Kopfh\u00f6rer.<\/p>\n<p>Mit \u201ebinauralen Beats\u201c kann Musik sogar so weit reichen, unsere F\u00e4higkeiten zu verbessern. Diese spezielle Abfolge von T\u00f6nen kann Stress lindern, unsere Konzentration steigern oder auch einfach entspannen.<\/p>\n<p>Beim H\u00f6ren von Musik sp\u00fcrt man genau die Emotionen, die beim Erstellen den Musiker begleiteten. Man versetzt sich in die Lage des Verfassers und hat oft einen tiefen Einblick, wie diese Person f\u00fchlt. Nach dem H\u00f6ren eines Musikst\u00fccks kann man so das Gef\u00fchl haben, den Interpreten schon lange zu kennen.<br \/>\nEgal ob bei klassischer Musik, radiofreundlicher Popmusik oder bei Rapmusik begeistert. Die verschiedenen Genres bieten etwas f\u00fcr jede Situation, jedes Gef\u00fchl und f\u00fcr jede Pers\u00f6nlichkeit. Klar unterteilt und doch oft verschwommen.
