Liebe Leserinnen und Leser!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heute ist es soweit – der erste Tipp f\u00fcr die Zeit des Lockdowns ist online. Lange haben wir \u00fcberlegt womit wir starten, da es unserer Meinung nach Zeit ist etwas Weihnachtsstimmung in den Lockdown zu bringen, haben wir uns dazu entschieden euch ein Keksrezept vorzustellen. Das von uns ausgew\u00e4hlte Rezept ist einfach nachzumachen und nicht nur perfekt f\u00fcr Nutella-Liebhaber. Die Kekse sind in kurzer Zeit gemacht und schmecken lecker, au\u00dferdem ben\u00f6tigt man nur 4 Zutaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das braucht ihr:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

200 g Nutella<\/p>\n\n\n\n

160 g Mehl<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Ei<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Teel\u00f6ffel Backpulver<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Zur Zubereitung:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. F\u00fcr die einfachen Nutella-Kekse das Backrohr auf 180 Grad Umluft vorheizen und ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.<\/li>
  2. Nutella, Ei, Mehl und Backpulver in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit dem Mixer zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten.<\/li>
  3. Aus dem Teig kleine Kugeln formen und diese auf das vorbereitete Backblech legen. Anschlie\u00dfend im Backrohr 10 bis 20 Minuten backen lassen – zwischendurch mit einem Zahnstocher kontrollieren, ob die Kekse schon fertig sind.<\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Tipp: vor dem Servieren mit Staubzucker bestreuen – sieht nicht nur gut aus, sondern schmeckt auch echt lecker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
