Das Aufkl\u00e4rungsflugzeug U-2 Dragon Lady startete von der Beale Air Force Base in Kalifornien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Ergebnis einer dreij\u00e4hrigen Entwicklung war eine k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz namens ARTU\u00b5, die vom Federal Air Combat Laboratory der US Air Force entwickelt wurde, um bestimmte Aufgaben w\u00e4hrend des Fluges auszuf\u00fchren. Der Pilot und ARTU\u00b5 arbeiteten als Team zusammen, wobei die k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz nach feindlichen Raketen und der Pilot nach feindlichen Flugzeugen suchte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Zweck des Testfluges war es zu demonstrieren, dass die k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz ARTU\u00b5 funktionsf\u00e4hig ist und mit einem menschlichen Piloten zusammenarbeiten kann. Man wollte auch zeigen, dass \u00a0die k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz selbst\u00e4ndig Aufgaben auszuf\u00fchren kann und damit dem Piloten erm\u00f6glicht, sich auf andere Aktivit\u00e4ten zu konzentrieren.
