Das leckere Geb\u00e4ck gibt es fast \u00fcberall zu kaufen. Mit etwas \u00dcbung kann man sie allerdings auch einfach zuhause selber machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 g Mehl<\/li><li>40 g Germ<\/li><li>60 ml Milch<\/li><li>60 ml Wasser<\/li><li>3 Eidotter<\/li><li>2 ganze Eier<\/li><li>60 g Zucker<\/li><li>60 g Butter (weich)<\/li><li>1 Spritzer Zitrone<\/li><li>1 Priese Salz<\/li><li>1 Schuss Rum<\/li><li>\u00d6l\/Fett (zum Frittieren)<\/li><li>Marillenmarmelade (F\u00fcllung)<\/li><li>Staubzucker (zum Bestreuen)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Schritt 1: Lauwarmes Wasser und Milch vermischen &amp; Germ dazu geben. Mehl in eine Sch\u00fcssel &amp; das Gemisch dazu leeren und leicht verr\u00fchren, bis sich ein weicher Teig bildet. Teig mit Mehl bestreuen, zudecken und f\u00fcr 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schritt 2: W\u00e4hrenddessen Dotter, Eier, Zucker, Zitrone, Salz und Rum vermixen und in die weiche Butter geben. Gemisch mit dem fertig gerasteten Teig verkneten, bis ein glatter Teig entsteht. Diesen wieder f\u00fcr 20 Minuten Ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schritt 3: Gro\u00dfe Rolle aus dem Teig formen und ca. 40g schwere St\u00fccke abteilen. Danach die St\u00fccke in eine runde Form bringen (\u00e4hnlich wie Kn\u00f6del machen), auf einem Blech ablegen und leicht flach dr\u00fccken. Zudecken und erneut f\u00fcr 20 Minuten an einem warmen Ort rasten lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schritt 4: M\u00f6glichst geschmacksneutrales \u00d6l auf 170\u00b0C erhitzen. Krapfen auf beiden Seiten jeweils 3 Minuten lang backen lassen. Krapfen herausholen und auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schritt 5: Leicht abgek\u00fchlte Krapfen mit einer K\u00fcchenspritze oder einem Dressiersack mit Marillenmarmelade f\u00fcllen.
