Am vergangenen Donnerstag waren die 4. und 5. Sport+Klassen an einen Workshop mit Patrick und Anna Palk beteiligt. In drei Gruppen waren die Sportskanonen in 3 Stationen unterteilt. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laktat und Workout<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Herr Palk f\u00fchrte in dieser Station mit zwei freiwilligen Sch\u00fclern einen Laktattest und ein Workout durch. Luca und Julian aus der 4CK sind auf einem Trainingbike geradelt und ihnen wurden in 5-Minuten-Intervallen eine Probe entnommen. Die Probe ist eine Blutprobe, die aus dem Ohrl\u00e4ppchen entnommen wird und damit wird der optimale Trainingsbereich gemessen. Bei jedem Intervall steigt die Intensit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W\u00e4hrend die zwei Testpersonen auf dem Fahrrad fuhren, macht der Rest der Gruppe ein Workout und soll mit Hilfe von Notizen erraten, welche Muskeln belastet werden auf welchem Workout belastet werden. Ebenso erratet man welche Muskelfaserstruktur in Frage kommt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sport+ Matura?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alle Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler des Sport+-Zweigs d\u00fcrfen zu einer Sportmatura antreten, welche Sportwissenschaften in den Vordergrund stellt. Prof. Reil und Prof. Roidinger lie\u00dfen ihre Gruppen in Arbeitsauftr\u00e4gen gemeinsam an Stoff f\u00fcr die Matura arbeiten. Unter anderem sind Ern\u00e4hrung, Bewegungsphasen und Sportphysiologie Teile der Sportmatura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Workshop verschaffte uns einen Einblick, wie unsere K\u00f6rper unter Belastung stehen und zeigte uns, wie wir am effektivsten Sport machen. Wir hoffen, dass dieser Workshop kein Einzelfall sein wird und, dass wir \u00f6fter an solchen Projekten teilnehmen d\u00fcrfen. Wir hoffen, dass dieses Jahr viele Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler sich f\u00fcr die Sportmatura entscheiden und diese auch bestehen. <\/p>\n
