So ergeht es zumindest den meisten Sch\u00fclern und Sch\u00fclerinnen. Unter diesem Teufelskreis leidet oftmals die schulische Leistung. Damit ihr im n\u00e4chsten Schuljahr besser aufgestellt seid, gibt es ein paar Dinge welche euch f\u00fcr ein leistungsst\u00e4rkeres n\u00e4chstes Schuljahr helfen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehr Aktivit\u00e4t im Alltag ist das A&amp;O. Damit sind nicht nur sportliche Aktivit\u00e4ten gemeint, sondern vor allem generell ein bewegungsreicher Alltag. Der Weg zur Schule, zu Freunden oder zum Training bietet bei vielen eine Gelegenheit einfach zu Fu\u00df zugehen und sich nicht ins bequeme Auto zu setzen. Auch in Lernpausen ist es eine gute Idee gezielt so etwas wie Spazierg\u00e4nge einzubauen um anschlie\u00dfend auch von einer produktiveren&nbsp; Lernphase profitieren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie die meisten bereits wissen sollten, hat auch die Ern\u00e4hrung einen gro\u00dfen Einflussfaktor wie energiegeladen oder energiefrei wir uns f\u00fchlen. Die wenigsten von uns ern\u00e4hren sich jedoch wirklich von gro\u00dfteils gesunden und nat\u00fcrlichen Nahrungsmittel und trinken 3 Liter Wasser pro Tag. Zum Beispiel Studentenfutter, Obst, oder Proteinsnacks sind \u00fcbrigens perfekt f\u00fcr die Schule und f\u00fcr zwischendurch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da es als Sch\u00fcler quasi unm\u00f6glich ist ein umfangreiches Privatleben zuf\u00fchren und gleichzeitig genug zu schlafen, macht es Sinn auf die bereits erw\u00e4hnten Ratschl\u00e4ge zu achten. Schlau ist es jedoch, jeden Tag zur ungef\u00e4hr selben Uhrzeit ins Bett zu gehen und aufzustehen und diesen Rhythmus versuchen beizubehalten, wenn ihr euren gefunden habt. Was den Schlaf ebenso um einiges optimieren kann, ist vor dem schlafen nicht mehr auf jegliche elektronischen Ger\u00e4te zu schauen.
