Eine Weihnachtszeit ohne Kekse ist wohl f\u00fcr fast jeden unvorstellbar.<br>Besonders beliebt in \u00d6sterreich sind die Vanillekipferl. Aber wo kommen die eigentlich her?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihren Ursprung haben die Vanillekipferl im 17. Jahrhundert, als Wien von den T\u00fcrken belagert wurde. Im Zeltlager vor der Stadt wehten t\u00fcrkische Flaggen mit einem Halbmond darauf. Als die T\u00fcrken nach vielen Jahren abzogen, soll ein B\u00e4cker vor lauter Freude halbmondf\u00f6rmige Kekse gebacken haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr deine Vanillekipferl brauchst du:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g Mehl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g Butter (zimmerwarm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g gemahlene Mandeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine Prise Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Puderzucker zum Best\u00e4uben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Gib das Mehl, die gemahlenen Mandeln, den Zucker, den Vanillezucker und eine Prise Salz in eine Sch\u00fcssel und vermenge alle Zutaten. Schneide dann die zimmerwarme Butter in kleine St\u00fccke und f\u00fcge sie hinzu. Verknete alles zu einem glatten Teig. Lasse diesen Teig dann mindestens 30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen. Dazu wickelst du ihn am besten in Frischhaltefolie.<br>Jetzt kannst du schon den Ofen auf 180 \u00b0 Celsius vorheizen. Den Teig rollst du zu d\u00fcnnen Rollen aus und schneidest diese in kleine St\u00fccke. Aus diesen St\u00fccken kannst du nun deine Kipferl formen.<br>Nun geht\u2019s ans Backen. Lege ein Backblech mit Backpapier aus und lege deine Vanillekipferl darauf.
